Here is my version of the crochet headband from the Flower Girl Cottage. I crocheted the headband using cotton yarn until it was about 21 inches, then sewed the two ends together. The flower is from my pattern here. I crocheted the flower in the same color as the headband and in cream, and I haven’t decided yet which looks the best. I should probably put alligator clips on the backs of the flowers that way I can change them out from time to time.
I have really enjoyed the Crochet Valentine Romance Headband (free download on ravelry). So far I have made a blue one for DD2, a purple one for DD1, and an adult size in purple. The pattern on ravelry is JUST the headband. So I designed my own flower to which I added a lovely purple button.

The flower was crocheted with Caron Simply Soft yarn in white with an E hook. The headband was crocheted with Bernat Satin yarn in lavendar. I will work on putting together a tutorial for the flower.
Here are some fun headbands/earwarmers I’ve been working on. They would be perfect for a Valentine’s gift or just a fun project to make for yourself. I crocheted each of these in 100% cotton yarn (except for the Delightfully Chunky Headband Earwarmer which is crocheted in a wool poly blend).
